PepMV The PepMV ImmunoStrip® is intended for rapid detection of PepMV. ImmunoStrip tests are a reliable and affordable way for anyone to test. Results are achieved in minutes.
TMV The Tobacco mosaic virus ImmunoStrip® is used to detect the presence of TMV in many different crops including vegetables, fruits, and ornamentals. TMV ImmunoStrips® are perfect for use in the field, greenhouse, and the lab.
The TMV ImmunoStrip® has a wide cross-reactivity with other Tobamoviruses including Tomato brown rugose fruit virus (ToBRFV).
Tobacco mosaic virus is an extremely stable virus and can easily infect adjacent plants and contaminate surfaces such as benches, pots, tools, etc.
CMV, INSV, TSWV, TMV Comb Test Strips
The ImmunoStrip® comb test allows the grower to test for Cucumber mosaic virus (CMV), Tomato spotted wilt virus (TSWV), Impatiens necrotic spot virus (INSV) and Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) all at one time. Samples are ground in a special bag that allows for easy extraction. The comb of four test strips is then easily placed into the sample. The test takes just minutes to form clear yes or no results.
Canker - Clavibacter michiganensis (Cmm):
This ImmunoStrip® test is a reliable tool for detection of Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. michiganensis (Cmm), the causal agent of bacterial canker in tomato. The assay can be used to test bacterial cultures and ground leaf or stem tissue. This test does not require any special equipment or expertise to run. Results are obtained in as little as a few minutes. This test is known to cross-react with Clavibacter michiganensis pv. insidiosus, Clavibacter michiganensis pv. nebraskensis and Clavibacter michiganensis pv. sepedonicus. These bacteria are not known to infect tomato. |
