Steinernema carpocapsae is a nematode that provides control of caterpillar pests such as armyworms and cutworms (Spodoptera spp. and Agrotis spp.), european pepper moth (Duponchelia fovealis), cranberry girdler (Chrysoteuchia topiaria), banana moth (Opogona sacchari) and codling moth (Cydia pomonella) to name just a few. Carpocapsae-System can also be used against crane flies (Tipulidae), mole crickets (Gryllotalpidae) and larvae of some species of beetles and weevils. Leaf and soil treatments can be applied depending on the pest and its location.

- The symbionts kill the host within 24 to 48 hours
- The nematodes multiply in the cadaver and new infectious juveniles will leave the cadaver in search of other larvae
- Effective in the soil and on the leaf
Storage
- Use immediately upon reciept
- If needed, store in a dark place at 35-43 °F (2-6 °C). DO NOT FREEZE
- Do not store open packages, diluted product or mixed suspensions
